The C Series servo driven rotary intermittent motion denester-placer combines high speed operation with the ability to handle deep trays. Available in single or multiple magazine versions, the C Series utilises a simple method of picking trays using horizontal motion pick heads combined with high performance heavy duty servo drives to deliver high speed, deep tray denesting and placing. Designed with flexibility in mind, the C Series will handle a wide variety and range of sizes, of pots and trays up to 90mm deep.
Equipped as standard with a large screen HMI for downloading new product sizes and configuring machine settings, the C Series is the go-to machine for high speed deep tray denesting.

TheC Series
C Series Twin Servo Card Tray Denester, handling recyclable trays, in one of the UKs largest meat factories. The machine denests and places trays extremely accurately, two at a time at up to 100/minute onto a plastic belt, where operators then place pieces of steak, after which the tray is skin packed.
