S - SeriesStack to Stack system
The S-Series was designed to pick and place trays, buckets, pots etc so that they can either be labelled or a soak pad inserted into the trays before they are re-stacked into a given count. On this particular application, the buckets would not stack vertically without falling over and the buckets were difficult to separate from each other.
We designed a 12 x 80 bucket magazine autoloader set at a 10 degree angle to lean the buckets inwards. We also designed a special positive bucket separation system. After labelling, we counted each bucket individually and re-stacked into the given count which could be altered via a HMI. This lines runs 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.
